How we all shine on others

How is sunlight affecting your mood? Sunshine helps you trigger a boost in your brain hormones like serotonin. It’s like daydreaming of engaging scenarios, thinking about a memory you treasure or achievement in your life. They improve your emotional well-being.

But getting some sun alone is no good. To have dreams, treasured memories and achievements you need to be surrounded by people you love.

Our dreams are nothing if they are not shared. As the pain is half, so is double the joy of achievement when shared with somebody else. And what else are the memorable moments but images of our bonds with loved ones, put under different situations and circumstances together?

Who are the loved ones? People who support us, understand us, value the same things or have the same desires.

If any of the above is present in somebody you meet, love towards that person is only a matter of time until you establish what connects you. If that doesn’t happen, I assure you that you are dragging something substantial from your past of what you need to let go today!

This week started perfectly for me! I met a person who I genuinely find precious in all those regards. It’s the rare feeling that you already know a person you’ve just met.

When you seek to become a part of different groups sharing your interests, you always meet amazing people! Only a few examples I’ve experienced so far are the Medium platform itself and several activist groups on social networks.

Your network of people is a whole living organism that continually evolves towards perfection. Act as sunlight and boost happiness in others.

Shine on them!
